If the bushfires don't get you out here, the road trains just might.
The lorries in Australia have to cover such huge distances and carry such a lot of supplies that they're licenced to pull three or four trailers behind them, which is four times the size of a big HGV on the M6. They're not the safest-looking vehicles on the road (the back two trailers tend to swing about a bit) and they're 50% of the reason I wouldn't drive out bush at night (the other 50% being big wildlife using the tarmac as a mattress).
