This is my daughter after I cut her hair when she was ten months old (excuse the quality of the picture, it's from my mobile phone). It would win awards for worst haircut. She was a laughing stock and so was I.
On the other hand, it lasted quite a long time.
Today I took her to Jessica's salon for a proper grown-up cut. She wore a gown with "The Wiggles" on (Australia's answer to The Tweenies) and when she'd finished, Jessica rewarded her good behaviour with a fairy cake. I'm pleased to report that she now looks much less like Worzel Gummidge, but will her dad notice the cut when he gets home?
