A Delicious Morning



Ahhh. Eggs Benedict. That's a breakfast muffin, lightly toasted and topped with half a baked tomato, steamed spinach, bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. I am making it my business to sample this dish as often as possible, in the interests of public service blogging. You may scoff at this (as I scoffed the eggs benedict), but you will surely thank me if you ever find yourself in need of breakfast on this side of the world.

For the record, the Coogee Cozee Cafe scores 9/10 (omission of asparagus letting the side down).
